Store was clean. Staff friendly. My car ate the belt that drives the water pump and got hot. I limped the car to the store and changed the belt in their parking lot. Only negative was somebody changed or exchanged the belt in its package. The part number didnt match the package and left me struggling with a belt that was about 1 inch too short. I went back inside and got the right belt with no problems

They'll have the part you need but man will you suffer through some horrible customer service. They're not going to answer the phone, not going to acknowledge you while your in store and you will assuredly wait well over ten minutes for any service at all. Places like these are why you order online.

Haven't had an all out remarkable visit, but, never had a bad experience either let's face it, chances are, if your in here your probably aggravated that something isn't running right, or worse, at all, AND the cashier knows this probably isn't the best time to attempt being humorous so they do their job. Get you the parts you need, answer any questions you may have, and if your a little clueless to what your doing offer any advice they may or may not have.

Employee was very helpful. Put new windshield wipers on for me. My 2018 truck was showing 'service engine soon light' the employee checked what codes they were and printed them out for me. Great service. Now I'm off to Ford to get the truck fixed!

Employees wear masks and the checkout area is designed to provide 6 feet of space between customer and employee.
I don't believe they have them. Online order or car accessories, that deal with audio systems would be your best bet.

You could have trash in the filter.and it could be something as simple as changing the filter and draining the old fluid out . The best thing to do is find a transmission shop that dose free diagnostic testing and take it to them because they have all the computers and the proper equipment to test it for you. THAT way you won't be guessing. Ok hope this helps you .have a blessed week in Jesus name
Inventory management can create problems like yours, but I'm sure no harm was intended. The choice is yours, but I'd give them another chance.
