We highly recommend West RV. We contacted them to assist us with two issues in our R-Pod 195. They came to our location at the Escapees RV Park. The 1st issue was water leaking from our bathroom sink plumbing. The 2nd was water leaking into the trailer during rain. West RV staff were very service oriented, knowledgeable, and they responded to our needs quickly. Both issues were resolved within a day. They worked directly with the manufacturer to have the work covered under warranty. THANK YOU West RV!!!!

Very friendly folks here with knowledgeable mechanics, and most importantly Honest! I had a side wall bulging on the rear of my 5th wheel, Heartland Sundance so I stopped by West RV for information about getting it repaired. Steve the owner graciously offered to come to our home, about a 40 mile drive, and give me an estimate. He came out and looked at it and informed me that the rear of the trailer would have to be removed to find out for sure just exactly what the structural problem was, but the best estimate he could give me with what he could see now was $2500.00 for the repair. I agreed to let them repair the unit and scheduled an appointment and took my trailer to them for the work to be done. Shortly thereafter I got a call from them with the good news that the damage was not as bad as first thought, and would only cost $1200.00! These are honest folks here because they could have gone ahead and charged me the amount I had already approved for the repair but did not, and in fact charged me less than half that amount. The repair is done right, looks good so now I will take all my future business to them, and so should you! Good Job West RV, and I deeply appreciate your honesty.
