I love this library a lot when kids arent there. The workers are super kind and I've known most of them since I was a kid. It has happened multiple times where kids have disrupted my ability to focus, and the parents need to teach the kids how to not scream and to be respectful in the library. I get that they are kids, but it needs to be fixed. I am disappointed with their parents. It's like a circus.

Very nice Library. It is loud though. Even the library assistants are loud setting a bad example for quiet learning and focused thinking. Librarian is an academic requirement, usually interlockatory by degree and position in the Library. Many people who work at Libraries announce themselves as Librarians, but they are not, this is more of a narcissistic statement by a person to lazy to go to school, and wants an undeserved title.

The library exterior is well maintained and shares the grounds with the Red Car Museum. The library interior is cozy and well-organized. However, as stated previously, there is a major lack of outlets for laptop users. Two line the outside walls but there are none in the lounge area.

One of my favorite places! I am a local Seal Beach resident and we use the library all the time. Like most local libraries, I am sure funding is minimal these days but they do absolutely superior job with the volunteer help they receive in the community.
