Stayed here evacuating from Hurricane Ida, was a nice quite campground. No cell signal with AT&T.

The people are great and outgoing and helpful. It's quiet and peaceful and they have lot of things to do. We stayed a week and we will be back.

Their rates are low and their spaces are pretty big and level. They don't have a store here, but there's an RV parts and service center (West RV) a few miles down the road

Large RV park with nothing to do. Our family was supposed to stay three weeks. We left after one. The site we were in was absolutely overrun with ants (we have never been anywhere where the entire site seemed to be moving under our feet with the little buggers!) to the point that we sprayed diatomaceous earth the first few days, then Raid nearly every day to keep them out. Despite all of our efforts, we still had some invade and get into one of our laptops!!! Thankfully the invasion was caught early and the laptop was not ruined. I understand that nature is unpredictable and I don't necessarily fault the park for the ants, however it was a huge issue in the spot we had. The pool was closed despite the temps. being well into the 90s. Absolutely nothing else to do there. We also didn't have very good wifi, but we were at the back edge, so that may have been part of the issue. The only positives about the park were the young man who worked the mail window and some of the other guests. Jeff was kind, helpful, and just a highlight in an otherwise somewhat dreary park. The other campers we met were friendly as well. I would stay here again only if I couldn't find any other accommodations in the area. While we didn't feel unsafe, we feel there are better options out there.
