Had to use top loaders since all front loaders were busy. One load came out barely damp as if it didn’t get enough water and there was powdered soap still on the clothes. The attendant grudgingly gave a free rewash in a different machine (without putting an out of order sign on the bad machine) but then said but this is the only time I’ll do it. When another load came out still sopping wet sure enough, she refused to run another machine to spin out the water(and again didn’t put an out of order sign on.) also expensive for front loaders 4.75$ for smaller machines. Super large I think were $7. So bad bad experience for me

17 laundry items stolen at this place, I asked the worker, she was rude and said they aren't responsible. She didn't offer to check cameras or help with making police report. I said thank you, she didn't reply. I won't use this place again. Poor Customer service by the blonde with shoulder length hair.
