This place threatened me with hate mail from a woman who was in charge and I am still being gaslighted to this day! I was lied about and I was one of their best employees! I posted on line to defend myself because the wording in the letters from this place lead me to believe that someone wanted to hurt me and place it as a suicide. They scared me.

Short tempered worker kept cutting me off mid sentence. Didn’t answer my questions and sent me off to the side. Blunt and short the whole transaction. Very cold.

I have gone here many times and consistently experience poor service. Most recently, my wife just tried to ship a package, and they said they’re unable to print labels from QR codes even though it’s a USPS QR code…seriously?!?

It depends on the PO. Some you can use their address and just put your po box number as like an apt number.

Yes, the lobby is open 24/7. Note that if you receive a package that doesnt fit in your po box, you'll get a slip and have to collect the package from the counter during their regular hours.
Normal mail routes are more often than not going to be delivered around the same time every day. Delays are usually due to the weather, a car malfunction, construction/traffic. But, if you know when your mail gets delivered regularly, it will more than likely be delivered at around the same time every day.

Renewals can only be done for a 10 year passport, issues less than 15 years ago. You will complete that on your own. You can pick up the forms and most post offices or the us dept of state website
Side doors are locked at 630pm for security purposes. The "exit" slider door remains a one way entry and exit until 7pm
