To park in any of our (MECA) parking lots (A, B, C, or D) you do have to pay. The cost is $8 if you have an ADA (handicap) placard it's free to park. The lots to the South of Arena are $10
Yes unless you park to the east of the railroad tracks and walk across the pedestrian bridge.
