Do children under 2 need a ticket for the Amy Grant concert

Under age 2 does not need ticket if they sit on parents lap. Age 2+ will need a regular priced ticket.

We tried calling them but didn't get an answer. My daughter sent them an email so now we are waiting for an answer back.

Not sure but you can call the century link center. Usually that is the decision of the band
