Everything at the counter went very quickly and easily. However, the car was totally scratched and dented...wonder which drivers had rented it before me. My fingers smelled strongly of smoke as I touched the steering wheel. It was really gross...when I dropped off the vehicle in Salt Lake City, they hit me in the windshield. Even if you take out insurance, that is of course not included. However, I took over the car with this hiccup, but since it was so dark in the underground car park, I didn’t notice it right away. Unfortunately, I can't reveal how the story ends yet...

There were no cars available. I had to wait over five hours to get one and missed my friend's rehearsal dinner which cost me $$$. They offered me a laughable $25 discount. Total mess. Hertz was technically more expensive but would have been worth the extra money.

It all happened very quickly! Staff was very friendly! The only negative is that if you don't bring the car back by 5pm you have to park it in the garage (or somewhere else) for just under $40 to bring it back the next day!

They charge you more when you have an EU car and only selected cars are for you - also fill the car before drop of they can charge you so much more money at the end trip
