Id give negotiation if it was an option. How is it you make two seperate reservations for two different vehicles at 2 different times yet when you get there you are told they have nothing available. Oh one guy even said he tried to call to let me know but there was an extra digit in the number or something so call would not go through. Funny since i went through my priceline account to set it up and never had problem with number before and number shows right on the reservation confirmations i got as well.

The only issue I had was the outside of the car not being clean when they have it to me. Which isn’t a big deal, it was just surprising to me because the cars are usually so clean. Staff was super friendly and knew what they were doing and did it in a timely manner. I will forever choose Enterprise over Hertz! The one time I used Hertz they were incredibly rude and unprofessional. Enterprise has always been kind and friendly and professional. I’ve rented from them at least 8-10 times (not just this location) and am happy every time.

The best way to get Enterprise specials is to sign up for their e-mails. Just go to the Enterprise website & sign up.
Last I had track you need 2 bills for proof of address as well when paying by debit.
You can go on the website and pick what size vehicle you want. It will give you a price.
Your drivers license, your credit card & enough availa ble credit for the rental and $200 additional which gets returned to your card when you return the rental vehicle. You may be required to show proof of insurance if you decline their insurance.
Not sure about the truck prices but the customer service is very good 👍
Enterprise accepts credit cards & debit cards. In addition to the charade for your rental,, they will hold a charge of $200 until you return.the car. The $200 charge is usually credited back to your account in about 3 business days following the return of the car.
Everything! You don't have to worry about any damage or accidents that might happen while driving the rental vehicle.
I have never rented through Hotwire, but all my Enterprise rentals were unlimited mileage
