My Mama was here twice within 3 weeks apart and although I was very skeptical I was pleasantly surprised!! The nurses and CNA's were absolutely AMAZING and so attentive! The hospital was very clean and sanitizing was a top priority. Piedmont McDuffie definitely does not get enough credit!!

I had a wait but every emergency room have a bit of wait because there are more patients than you there so you need to be mindful and nice as they are I was very happy with my service Thank you for your service

Horrible doctors a lot of the time. When you finally get a room, the wait time is ridiculous. Forget telling them you're in actual pain, they won't do anything for you. I had come in and gotten blood work done, and waited two hours with no one coming in for updates. Never left me a call button or anything. And they were not busy at all.

Went to ER for COPD problems as well as possible heart problems and was Never actually seen by a doctor. When I asked for the doctor I was told the doctor had already been in, turned out it was a nurse practitioner. I had complained of several symptoms that could possibly be serious and was NEVER examined by anyone other than listening to my breathing. I am very disappointed as I moved to GA from north central Florida and was accostomed to Shands hospital which is over the top exceptional. From now on will travel somewhere else.
