The apartment you receive will have multiple problems and you will need to make a note of everything in detail for them to believe it. You will then have to raise tickets to have all of those things fixed. The maintenance staff is not knowledgeable and you would need to follow up and have them come over multiple times to fix 1 issue. You would receive emails multiple times a month saying that hot water would be off. The packages are received at the main office and you will need to collect them during office hours I.E. if your package gets delivered Saturday afternoon it either wont be received or you won’t be able to collect it until Monday 10am until office opens. The location is excellent and close to airport, BART station and all important major stores. EDIT - I received a bill of $2400 today as settlement charges which is outrageous. I only lived in the apartment for 3 months and moved out and cleaned the apartment before moving out. They have charged me with cleaning charges, carpet cleaning charges and crazy utility bills of $300 for 15 days. ( used to be $150 for the whole month when I lived there). Save yourself and do not live here! Attaching photos of the clean apartment for you to see the condition I left it in. Seriously shady people at Greystar.

This apartment complex is a horrible place as they ONLY care about stealing money from you! I applied for a unit and paid the full amount for deposit and application fee and they rejected the application and never returned my money back. They are horribly slow with processing applications and will blame you on that! Once they get your money, you will lose that money for no reason. Also, they do not have a package room or a proper mailing service and you will lose your packages frequently! I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I live in Acappella for temporary house through third party but I would not recommend because of the leasing office people. I only live here for a few days but not like them. 1. It was raining the first day I moved in and I had some trouble finding the location of my lockbox so I walked into the leasing office for help. But the response I received is just like we do not put the lock box so we dont know anything and cant help. And before I can think about the solution, they just turned to talk to other people. 2. I had a very importand doc delivered in my fedex tracking and fedex shows it was signed by one of the member with her name, when I tried to pick up the same day, they searched in leasing office for more than 15mins but could not find it. After I told them it was delivered in 930am in the morning they insisted on not signing it because it opens at 10. I did not buy it cause the delivery guy has no way to know your names. I reported lost through fedex system but the other day they messaged the third party to notify them I had a package and need to pickup 48 hours to avoid storage fee??? Acappella should have better training of their receptionist to treat all people live here equally and have more responsibility rather than buck passing. I planned to consider this as my long term place but now not any more and not recommend this place to people who cares about interaction with receiptionist. Hope you can see my suggestion and take action to improve. Thanks

Been living here for three months and I have no complaints. They just finished remodeling the hallways and the apartments are nice. Also I would give 10 stars to the staff. Gabi and the maintenance team knock it out of the park when it comes to getting stuff done, they honestly make it feel like their only focus is you which is amazing. Definitely would recommend this place.
