Great station, great city. I cant wait for the cold fusion trains. San Bruno Station could use a great sign or statue or some kind of dedicated structure. A better sign. A remembered land mark, D. R. Morgan's quote, "San Bruno Caltrain... aspire to inspire the inspiring." That would look great at the feet of DrMs statue.

My favorite way to save money when traveling to SF on Caltrain. San Bruno is a zone 1 station, so the fare is a little less than going from Millbrae, which is only 3 miles south.The downside is that fewer trains stop at San Bruno during rush hour.

Elevated train station platform near neighborhoods. No express trains stop here unfortunately.

No they're two separate stations
About once an hour, except during rush hours. You can download a Caltrain App to get exact times, there are a few apps available. On the official App you can even buy your ticket on your phone, but the schedule is in the form of the paper schedules available on board. Clipper card is the way to go if you are going to ride public transportation frequently
Depends on where you're going. Samtrams 397/98? Stops next to it another heading toward redwood city and beyond stops in close proximity to it. For a wider selection of buses you need to walk a few blocks up past over pass to the mall/bart / bus area behind the garage and effectively a block past bart to bus stop for Samtrans buses. At least 3 maybe 4 bus lines link there
Not technically I'm sure but I'm sure they got grave shift personnel who'd need it. Mostly open air parking. With police and security on and near. ..i wouldn't call it supervised.
There is a small parking lot. Only one price option: $5.50 for the day. You buy the daily permit at the ticket vending machines and enter the lot # that you parked in. No receipt on dash necessary.
