A few days ago I took my puppy to have him cut and bathed and they gave me everything badly cut, they told me that my puppy bit them and did not let his hair be cut and that had never happened, terrible service, what a pity that they are so because people trust the puppies, they haven't solved anything they did to my puppy, it can't be that they have irresponsible people working there, I don't even want to think about how they treat the puppies, I demand that they solve this problem for me

They always have what I need when I need it. I think only once they were out of cricket's when I needed them. Just bought 4 baby gold fish from them last night for my pond. They also have the coolest dog toys.

Very poor terrariums of little bearded dragons. All covered in feces!!! Bearded dragons are extremely clean creatures, they would never poop close to their food. It must be very uncomfortable for them in there. It is painful to see this kind of mistreatment of these little guys. Better care and cleaning should be provided at this facility.

Very nice pet store, with pet essential and even harder to find supplies. Purchased the aquarium and all plants for our betta tank here and it’s looking great. Staff very helpful too.
