When I signed up I was told I only had to keep my membership 6 months and then I could cancel without penalty. I tried to cancel after 8 months and I was told they would review and contact me within 10 days, after I didn’t hear from them I realized they charged me for the month. I called and was told I could not cancel and would be charged until the end of 12 months unless I moved out of the area. I don’t understand how the rules change….

Legacy Fitness is an all around great gym! The equipment is always clean, the staff is super friendly, and you just feel at home. Thank you for such a great experience!

I sometimes bring my 5 year old twins. The staff do not mind if they sit in provided chairs near the desk. It's within full view of the weight equipment.
Members can use both Marion and Carbondale locations, we currently only have saunas at our Carbondale location.
