Though I booked the car on the Enterprise website the vehicle I requested was not available. This left me with waiting until another vehicle could be found. The only vehicle offered was a massive van. As my trip plans took me to Glacier National Parks Going to the Sun Road, I quickly found that a vehicle this size on a perilous road significantly diminished my enjoyment of both the national park experience as well as the rental experience.

Most likely. I rented a car from Enterprise to drive from Ketchum, ID to Missoula, so it makes sense you'd be able to do the same for Missoula to Seattle. Beware, most rental companies will charge you at least part of the fee to return the car to it's origin (usually included in the daily rate, not as a fee). I've heard though that Enterprise is usually the most economical for one-way trips.
Its always dependent upon the reservation. You can always clarify by calling the branch after making the reservation. As long as you're booking through their website, there should be no cancelation fee
No. The card must be in the primary driver's name, and must be a major credit card, but depending on the location, they may take a debit card.
