YES! acupuncture is amazing for joint pains- whether they are from arthritis or from injury- acupuncture is an excellent ally for those who suffer acute or chronic joint pain. My advice: try it!
Yes- it can help with pain management of the spine, or affected areas like possibly hands and feet neuropathy. It cannot fix your spine, tho. Acupuncture helps strengthen sinews and bones, but I cannot say it will take away your stenosis. It's worth it for pain for most people.
