A monthly subscription gets you a clean car & a fun experience at the same time. There are plenty of stalls to use the free vacuums and cleaning supplies. The one negative is the women's bathroom needs restocking but overall it was clean. I look forward to cleaning the car there again and trying the mat pressure washer when I have enough cash on hand. I appreciate being able to use the vacuum for as long as we need. It is helpful that they provide generally clean rags and cleaning spray.

UPDATE: Cancelled my membership. Location has taken a significant nosedive since ZIPS took over. It was a nice run while it was Carolina Car Wash, but no more. Too bad. Been coming since the first week grand opening.👍🏽Best in town. Superior wash tunnel and tools to keep your car shining from the inside out. After visiting other tunnel washes in the greater GSO area over past 2 years, I've learned ONLY Carolina Car Wash has real teammates who care and make a REAL effort to keep the facility CLEAN, vacuums CLEAR of debris (i.e. food wrappers, junk food, tangled weave scraps, spare parts and so much more), AND provide rags, glass cleaner and leather & plastic cleaner all built into the cost of the wash. Everywhere else, you are "on your own" and minor extras are at an upcharge. The monthly wash package can't be beat. Bravo! Here's to many more years of continued success...

I have the unlimited plan. I use my personal vehicle for work, and my car gets dirty fast since I drive through mud and such at work. I been going here everyday before work since last year. About once a week, I detail the inside of my car at one of their detail stations weekly. (Vacuum the carpets/ unpolsty, clean windows, wipe down plastics and interior door frame...ect). Today, an employee asked me to leave the cleaning station after I was there for maybe 20 minutes, and he informed me they had a 5 minute limit. It's impossible to clean the interior of your car in 5 minutes. They had only a few customers in the detail stations, atleast 80 percent of them did not have a car in them. All the other cars spent way more then 5 minutes in the detail station, and the employee said nothing to them. Needless to say, that is not a way to treat a customer, especially one who is paying for the highest car wash membership. I even have tipped the employees in the past. I informed the employee that I wanted to speak to the manager to cancle my membership and he said he would get him. I waited several minutes before I asked another employee who informed me the manager had left for the day. I like to add, I also have some disabilities, including chronic fatigue and vasovagal syncope that causes me to take alittle longer at things or I could pass out. Needless to say, I went across the street to evershine, and started a membership with with them, and told me they have no issue if I am in the detail stations for more then 5 minutes. Washed my car and finidhed my detailing with no issue. Staff was more friendly here. I am not the only person who has left this car wash after Zips bought out carolina car wash because of unprofessional customer service. This car wash won't be in business long if they keep treating their customers this way, especially their regulars. Word gets around and several of my friends will be canceling their membership and switching to evershine. I used evershine in the past, and never once did they complain about me using the free vacuum station. I like to add, this car wash has left several marks on my car and even damaged my hub caps.

First and foremost, I miss the way service was running when it was originally the Carolina Car Wash. With that being said, the quality of service has totally declined since the change. They have a bar code they put on your windshield, you pay a fee monthly. They offer a aisle of vacuuming and I believe other devices I'm not sure. The washers are very good and relaxing, just sit back and let it do it's job, oh the light are Cool!
