They have a bar code they put on your windshield, you pay a fee monthly. They offer a aisle of vacuuming and I believe other devices I'm not sure. The washers are very good and relaxing, just sit back and let it do it's job, oh the light are Cool!
If you mean, do they clean your car, no. I'm a member. They give you a bar code on your windshield and spray the car down. Then they guide you onto the conveyor, you put car in neutral, then enjoy the little light show as you ride thru. The vacuums are free, and they have glass cleaner, plastic and vinyl cleaner and cloths in the stalls. I love this place!

In our free vacuum area, we provide a number of different cleaners that our customers can use to touch up the interior of their vehicle if they wish (e.g. glass cleaner, leather and plastic cleaner, high pressure air, etc.).
