Love the free vacuuming and got me a high value wash for my car. One of the outstanding usual workers, Lavon I think is his name, gives wonderful assistance with rags and cleaning every time. Honestly he deserves a raise immediately. : )

I thought I had a good experience. Back in December they had a promo for unlimited car washes for only $10. I had the attendant select it for me. What I did not know is they started charging me $35 after the first month. No one answers the phone to address the issue. After escalating the issue I was able to get refunded the charges, and taken care of. Stick with the pay as you go or monthly plans and enjoy your service. I'll be back.

Not sure how this place got 4 stars. The wash was terrible. I paid for the works and I didn't see as much soap as I do at other washes I've seen. And it was quick. Too quick for cleaning a car. My car was still dirty after the wash. And the blower didn't get much of the water off my car. And the free vacuum stations lack power. It was so noticeable, I checked to make sure there wasn't something stuck in the hose. I wouldn't return here and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

Tried this car wash on Patterson street in Greensboro for the first time and was very disappointed. Several of the rollers/cleaners were not even turning. They left a ton of road grime on my vehicle even after I paid for one of their …Bummer! Great feedback. We want you to leave 100% satisfied. We will gladly rewash your vehicle before you leave our property if you notice this issue again.

$35 a month unlimited but i usually go to auto bell on gate city Blvd. Its only $8.67 for exterior wash and hand dry off. Or $13.66 for ext wash Tire gloss and hand dry

No, you do. But they do provide automated equipment to vacuum and clean them.
Everything is automatic. You clean and detail yourself for free...after the wash. They do have attendant who scrubs the car before you enter the wash.
