The exterior special is a great deal for those of us that prefer to detail the inside ourselves. 4 stars instead of 5 because they always seem to miss a couple small spots but otherwise it's a great service that would take me a couple hours to do it as well they do.

I thought by getting there in early morning they would not rush but I was wrong.The back floor was not touched as well as the back seats. I had one little spot on the leather on the back seat that with a little wiping-which I did when I got home came right up but they did not even attempt. Watch the employee do the two back doors never got in the back of a four door car and did the inside of the back window. Dusting of the dash board look like a 10 year did it. The vacuum overall was horrible and 2 people did it in and out of my car in 2 mins. For the almost 40 bucks that is paid and the car looking like it did when done l will be going to the self service . Auto bell you service has gone so far down since back in the day and you are doing nothing about it. I can remember having to wait in the lines down to he road to get my car wash but it was worth it cause you got a great job but not now even when there were only 4 cars on the lot and mine was one them. Here’s an idea train your employees better tell them to clean the car like it as theirs and to vacuum them!!! Not just take it over once and be done. Maybe this is why there are no lines anymore

I just cried because I was so mad that I wasted money!!. I was super proud of myself due to recent accomplishments so I wanted my car to look and smell good. I have been laid off since June 2020. Recently had a birthday and I used some of my bday money to get car cleaned real good on a Sunday. . I had/have a list of things wrong. Some were corrected and some had to be left alone. The more I pointed out the more my energy shifted so I had to go. Red dirt under the tire shine tho? Ticket number #1806 3/13/22 11:50am receipt #....3273
