Positive: Staff were so friendly and helpful. Very personable Negative: Room was worn. Peeling paint, sheets were stained with what looked like blood. Lamp shade had huge stain. Hair on bathroom floor. Toilet was not secured. Tiles and corners had build up. Cobwebs on curtain ballasts. Pool was down and the fitness room was.

Positive: Location and staff is really nice. It¿s very close to the college and the restaurants we were going to. Negative: I have stayed at this particular hotel numerous times and it is not what it used to be. No continental breakfast anymore, the sheets were paper thin and pillows were very uncomfortable. The front porch area was very dirty and the furniture really beat up

Do not stay here. The website stated the pool and hot tub were open when it wasn't. No breakfast at all. They then proceeded to charge our card after we paid through a third party. Days later our account was never refunded. Poor service and un-trained employees make this place a 0-5...

So I'm giving it 2 stars. I got a king size suite. The room was perfect. No complaints on that part. But for the amount of money I spent on the room I feel if there wasn't going to be access to the pool or breakfast served an email should have been sent out. I go to that hotel because I know the rooms are great and the breakfast is always amazing. Not happy about the fact that I wasn't told about the inconvenience.
