Stayed here for Memorial Day Weekend and we were so impressed with the staff. Philip was just extraordinary. He called us by our names each time we came in and left. That is customer service at it's finest. I worked for a company that taught us that people love being called by their names and it makes your experience awesome, well I can say that was true. Kudos to all.

My family and I stayed Easter weekend and every time we entered and left the hotel we were greeted by pleasant smiles and attentive service. Our rooms were clean. Honestly, every single person who worked at this hotel made us feel welcome. The management must care about their employees because the work environment was something that made me reflect on what makes an effective business model--employees who feel valued make others feel the same. Thank you!

Check in was smooth and easy. The room was as advertised and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was slightly outdated but that's ok. The true star of the experience was the young man Philip at the counter who took the time to get to know my partner and I at check in. We were there for the night to stay closer to my surgical center for my surgery the next day. Philip noticed my crutches and went above and beyond to make our stay more comfortable. He called us after we had checked in to make sure the room was comfortable. He also let us know when we came back from dinner that he had refreshed the coffee in the lobby area and was so cordial and kind. Thank you for a wonderful stay Philip. Much appreciated.

Our stay was incredibly poor and I wouldn’t recommend staying in this hotel if you have any other option. There is a continental breakfast, but it’s by far the worst I’ve ever seen. The staff was incredibly rude since the moment we walked in and when we left we forgot a couple items that we were not allowed to go back and look for. The managers of this specific hotel run it very poorly and it was the worst stay my family and I have ever had. In addition to the horrible accommodations, we also witnessed at least 6 roaches crawling around in the bathroom. 0/10 would recommend never staying in this hotel.
