Pretty well maintained hotel with clean and comfortable rooms. Friendly service as well. Just a little bit tricky to get to but the surrounding area has lots to offer.

I booked this room online through booking.com and was given a dirty subpar room the comforter on one of the beds had stains on it, the table had some kind of white substance on it, the vent in the bathroom was filthy and the tub/shower is in need of repair on the inside of it, it appears to be some type of material patching up a hole just have it repaired properly. The check in staff was friendly besides giving me a terrible room, I guess when you book online you get the worst room in the hotel.

Was a nice hotel ! Room was big enough for 2 adults to live out of comfortably. The bath room was huge. Show was a little lacking on pressure but over all an amazing stay.

Sometimes they'll allow an early check in if the room was available and not had a check out that morning at 11. Ask and see what they say - they're pretty friendly.
It is on the other side of York from York Hospital, probably like 15 minute drive without traffic. There is a much closer hospital across the way, UPMC
