I'm only giving this 1 star because negative stars are not an option. This place is horrific. It's smelly, dirty, broken... illegal activity on premises. I could not even make it to the room, turned around and left. At least I got my money back. Stay away.

What to say here......First impressions of the outside of a business is, IMO, is the most important thing. When a business looks run down on the outside, usually, it's bad on the inside. Not always, but in this case it was. It looks like it was remodeled in the recent years but things are deteriorated. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The house keeping is another story. If you are a germaphobe, this place is not for you. We had to ask for a mop as the woodgrain floor was all sticky and not swept, throughout the room. The bathroom was not a place I'd use if I didn't have to. Like I said, housekeeping needs work. I gave it 3 stars because it was affordable but we got what we paid for. We will probably not stay here again.

Positive: Never stayed there. When we pulled in towards are room door there was a drug deal in the parking lot in front of our room. Feared for safety concerns and went to another hotel. Negative: Never said there. When we pulled in towards are room door there was a drug deal in the parking lot in front of our room. Feared for safety concerns and went to another hotel.

The price is always right, the employees we met during evening check-in were friendly and helpful. My only issue is that my boots were accidentally left under the desk in our room (303).When I called the front desk to ask if they could please secure them so we could pick them up later today I was told by the manager she couldn't do that. She quoted a policy which states that the housekeeper would bag and tag any items left in the room and I'd have 30 days to pick it up. I explained that we had forgotten my friends glasses about 6 months ago and when we called we were told nothing was left in the room and next time try calling asap before housekeeping goes through - if possible bc they can't guarantee the housekeeper will turn the stuff in. The same female manager that I spoke to both time's now gets indignant and says "well I don't know who told you that because that's never been an issue here" and repeated their policy again. I thanked her, told her to have a great day and came here to document the issue just in case my boots aren't there (I think she and I wear the same size LOL just kidding. The hotel itself is what it is and you get what you pay for (our total for 1 night was $55.00 ) so it was worth it - IF I get my boots back😏
