They don't deserve even 1 star. Not a good place to stay. There are plenty of other places to stay nearby. Such a bad order coming from rooms and reception areas. Very dirty bathrooms. Management don't provide even room freshener upon request.

I have not stayed here since my experience with them the front desk is very rude most times and I found multiple different bugs in each room they put me in I had to switch room three times because either one room didn't have a toilet working or running water or something to that effect and also this seems to be quite the spot for a lot of drug activity and it did not seem safe for me and my kids to walk around even to go get breakfast. Always check found bed bugs and some fleas in one room. Do not recommend at all most people who live in this town know that but if you're coming through and trying to find a good place to stay this is not the place!

Positive: The location. Negative: This location has a Notice to vacate the premises on the front door! This place is in horrible condition and the ground hallway floor to the main elevator feels as if you're going to go down through it. Overall, this place must only be your last resort!

Positive: I know the price of the hotel in inexpensive, not expecting the Ritz Carlton for the price, location was fine. Negative: During my check-in, front desk lady made a call & spoke in her native tongue of Indian- Hindi. Hallways/room had slight smell of smoke, no soap/wash clothes in room. The lobby was locked down and closed from 11PM to 6AM ?!?! Dated building, ok for price.
