Booked through Costco. Pool didn't work. Costco refused to do anything about it saying they do not take any money from us.. we are paying hotel directly. Such a bummer. We paid so much money for the pool amenity.

They don’t offer free breakfast!!! 😡 Not even a snack bag! Our room was clean and the beds are very comfy. Our neighbors sounded like they were a practicing marching band 🤷🏻‍♀️. We did enjoy our stay. But, we won’t be returning. At the price you pay per room $160/night. It’s absurd they don’t offer complimentary breakfast. Oh yeah, and the pool was out of order.
