We chose the Courtyard York/ TownPlace Suites for our May 2022 wedding room blocks, and could not have been happier with the service and experience. Their Wedding Specialist Kati is absolutely fantastic, and took care of the room block, coordinating shuttle times, and making sure all our out of town guests were attended to throughout their stay. Our suite was spacious and clean, and she went the extra mile to make sure we received the best deal and most points for our time there. If you’re getting married in or around York, PA, these two hotels and their coordinator Kati are the folks to book with.

Not what I expected from a Marriott. Service was no bueno. Ran out of towels. Customers had to do the laundry... for the hotel. I get staffing issues but with two people at the front desk just sitting and doing nothing you'd think they could throw a load in and do some towels. Rooms were small bit clean. Just lackluster compared to most places I've stayed even for a weekend.

Absolutely horrible and the nicest staff but their hands are tied and can't make changes. A little bit of effort could go to cleaning the parking lot when it snows. Maybe some new appliances like washers or dryers but not a problem someone is nice and comfy making big bucks from it

My husband and I had to switch hotels last minute & they were extremely accommodating. They were booked but did all they could to help us out. They even called us as we entered the room to make sure we were happy & comfortable. The rooms were very clean & smelled clean. Everyone at the desk was also very welcoming & helpful. Gregory was at the desk mostly & was extremely nice & pleasant to talk to! Wished us safe travels home & made sure we were happy with our stay. Will definitely stay again!
