Still the worst coffee. Always. Never enough sugar. No creamer. If just ONE hotel could get the coffee in the rooms right I'd always go there. The TV had a big black line straight down the middle and I saw a baby roach in the sink. The guy at the main desk was great. Very nice and gave me a room on the parking lot side so I could watch my truck.

This is unbelievable. I came in my room and it was filthy. I have pictures to prove it, the ceiling in the bathroom is fully of dirt and yellow stains, the tv is full of dry drops or stains, the mirrors were not clean, the wall is so dirty with stains on it and the bathroom door was so bad. It looked untouchable with the amount of stains as if they did not clean it at all. I got in the shower and the water wasn’t draining down!! I didn’t even ask for a refund because I looked at the reviews and seen people didn’t get a refund. But, I definitely have pictures. I really thought by the name “Quality Inn & Suites” was actually great quality or even good! But, it was just horrible!! I do not recommend this place at all, outside looks appealing but inside was definitely not worth it, unless u in a position like me that needed a last minute place to sleep in. I hope the founder of this place reads this and do some changes because people work hard for their money and it really upsetting to pay money for this kind of treatment. I will definitely not stay here ever again, and I can clearly see the owner apologizing for months and months but still not doing anything bout it. So, clearly I will not get my money back or anything. Please do not come back to this hotel, I really believe you can fall sick .

I travel and stay in hotels often. This time I checked in and paid for the room. Immediately walked to the room to find that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. Stains on everything. Dirty walls, floors, chairs and bedding. I’ve stayed in better, cleaner looking rooms for cheaper! Not to mention the groups of men standing in front of other room doors shouting or watching as I walked to and from my room. I usually pay no mind to other people but they made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I walked back up to the front desk right after checking the room where I very politely told the worker the cleanliness wasn’t up to my standard and I didn’t feel comfortable staying and asked for a refund. He refused to give a refund of any kind and was very rude with his response. After this experience I doubt I’ll be booking a room again with this company.

This is quite possibly the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I picked it because it was affordable and central. I wasn't expecting much and still it managed to be well below my expectations. The room was filthy. The toilet leaked when I flushed it, there was caked on soap scum on the walls, some black substance was on the bathroom door, the windows had a film of dust so thick that someone had run their hand through it, and the bath towels could easily be used as an exfoliating tool. From the moment I walked into the room there was a foul smell lingering in the air. It wasn't until I went to the bathroom barefoot later that evening that I realized that the carpet had been soaked. The smell was mildew. After mentioning it to management I learned that there had been a severe leak in my room the day. They had not bothered to warn me or change the room when I mentioned it. Wasn't expecting a ton but this was rough.
