Terrible service. They don't care about you or the service they are providing. They have no loaners at all because they sold them for profit. No other dealer in south Jersey has this problem. Turnersville bmw in NJ always provided excellent service even in the midst of covid. Do not go to this dealer. Will buy our next car from another BMW.

Service Manager Laude Arnaldi went above and beyond when it came to customer service. Something didn’t come as expected from the factory on my new car and he made sure that this BMW was everything I dreamed it would be and more. Service advisor, Greg Atkin made sure he saw that same level of customer service through. During the two days my vehicle was in for service, Greg texted me with updates, he even had the service technician, NuNo send me a video of the work he completed on my vehicle. I felt everyone there saw how passionate I was about my vehicle and how much happiness it brings me, that they too shared in that same excitement and treated my car as if it were their own. I am beyond appreciative of the level of service I received from everyone at BMW. I can’t forget to mention the valet team that greeted me and everyone in the service drive with a smile and had the eagerness to help with anything. I would recommend buying a vehicle from Freehold BMW and to experience servicing with a one or a kind service department. Look forward to completing all my scheduled maintenances with Freehold BMW. Thanks you all again.

Very bad with Spanish speakers I looked at a Honda on the internet they looked for a guy who speaks Spanish and I felt comfortable but now I am paying double and the car is failing and they do nothing to solve the problem and now they are not looking for someone who speaks Spanish and my husband speaks English and he does not answer I do not recommend it it is a deception be careful I do not advise anyone.
