The service department is excellent. They checked prior to proceeding with work and gave any quotes up-front prior to labor being done to make sure it's okay to proceed. The early morning drop-off option is convenient too. I'll definitely take my vehicle back to them for maintenance/repairs as needed.

I have to start by saying this negative review is based on one extremely rude employee at this location whose job is to greet people with a smile to keep customers and not loose existing customers. We have been coming to Audi Freehold for years and has been a welcoming place with our dog. I have tweeted positive things in the past. We came here on Sept. 10 since we got a nail in our tire. Regina in Service department is AMAZING and got us connected right away to replace two tires. Service department A++++ While waiting for the repair my 14 yr old asked me if we can go to any nail salon in the area. I asked the ladies at the front desk reception area (one older and one younger lady) for any recommendations on the salon places in the area that she knows of. The older lady responded by saying "Don't you have a phone, you can look it up" in a loud, rude, abnoxious and very condesending tone in front of other sales/front desk people and other customers. Maybe it is time for some training for how to interact with customers so they don't have any shameful behavior. Hopefully this is not how they treat all their brown and black customers. I hope not, simple "Sorry I don't know" would've been enough.

Larry Hutt, Lea Ruppert, and the entire team at Audi Freehold are exceptional! They were extremely personable and knowledgeable, and they made me feel comfortable and well informed every step of the way. This was my first time leasing a car, but Larry explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions enthusiastically throughout the process from beginning to end. Larry and Lea truly went above and beyond for me and I couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Most people get an appointment, the sales floor is socially distant, and its corporate policy for salesmen to wear masks and they ask that you do as well. I was also asked if I was ok with the tech guy sitting in a car with me. Everything was super clean too. I felt very safe there.
