Service completed, husband went to use the tractor and it was still smoking. Called Sears back within 10 min of the technician leaving. They would not call him to return. Have to wait another week for them to come to service it, again!

The technician was here less than an hour and oven needed an igniter which is less than $20, charged me $480 and no receipt and summary of work performed
