Very disappointing experience today! Went in for a 60000K miles service. Two hours later, I get to my car and notice the lovely layer of dirt on my rims! At this point, I am mildly annoyed as a carwash is an included service. My annoyance grows even more as I get in and notice that what few things I had on the floor were moved to the seats, but the floors were not vacuumed. At this point, I have spent enough time in the crowded waiting room and do not feel like going back and waiting some more. On the drive home I notice that the windshield vipers were not changed as they should have been. I checked my key fab and low and behold - the battery was not changed. So it makes me wonder - if they didn't do all these "small" things, how well have they done all the bigger things? Spent over $500 for a service! Been going here for over 10 years! NO MORE! Will be going to my local garage from now on! It's been real, Ray Catena!
