I really like living here, I would give it 5 stars if it weren't for the inconvenience with depositing the garbage outside, since we have garbage shoot inside the building, only on weekdays... at three in the afternoon and sometimes before three in the afternoon they close it with a key so that it is not used every Friday... it is very inconvenient to have to go down the elevator with that garbage and sometimes we cannot because of our living conditions health and we had to stay all weekend in our apartment with that stink garbage until Monday comes and we can use the shooter again,,,because we don't have nobody to help us,, the other second is: the washing machines almost never work most of the time they are damaged old system, it is very complicated in winter to have to do these two things for this time especially if you have health conditions .. I love this building. It’s in the heart of downtown, great access points, and clean. The property manager here is great and always goes beyond my expectations, any issues that arrive are handled promptly and efficiently. Living here is so peaceful. The views are a plus, who doesn’t want a highrise in the city? If you are apartment hunting make sure you come here.
