I would never in a million years recommend you spend the money they're asking to live here. I lived here for 11 months, until the landlord let me out of the lease early after over a month of arguments due to it raining in my apartment (which they never even attempted to fix). The roof is failing and the entire building floods every time it rains heavily. There is sometimes an inch of water in the basement and once, the rain soaked the fire alarm which spent over 12 hours going off. They say the gym is closed due to "covid", but the reality is the ceiling in the gym is rotting away and the gym is filled with dirt and muddy water. The parking is limited and the lot is in disarray. The pool is open for 2 weeks out of the year. I found a mouse in my 11th floor apartment, as well as mouse droppings multiple times. They took all of the wall panels off of the elevator multiple months ago and never put new ones on,, so the elevator looks terrible. The roof is on its way out and the owner doesn't care about the building whatsoever. For the cherry on top, the elevator closed on and was crushing another tenants hand while I was moving out, leading to frantic pulling on the elevator doors until we were able to rip them open. His fingers were visibly hurt and almost crushed and broken. It is very clear that the property owner doesn't care about this building in the slightest and is letting it fall in disarray.
