I lived at Sigourney Mews for almost ten years. Management at that times was very courteous, respectful and friendly. Yes, at that time. Some managers left, others came and they were pretty friendly. From a few years back until now management and office staff are unfriendly, Secretary never smile! She’s always with a long face like she doesn’t want to be there. Management is rude! Very unprofessional. She doesn’t respond/ reply to the emails nor phone calls. Office staff and management should go take some classes on how to respect and talk to people. In this hostile world we do not need anymore people like that, we have enough. I hope and pray their hearts change because NO ONE deserves to be disrespected nor mistreated. About the apartments, they are nice and even the cleaning staff are nicer. I left my apartment sparkly clean and extremely presentable, So clean that another tenant could’ve moved in the same day. Glad I finally moved out! Thank you Jesus!

My husband and I have been living at Sigourney Mews for 3 years. Sigourney Mews is a safe & clean environment. Office staff Jennifer & Luz have always been very attentive and responsive to our needs as tenants. Sigourney provides tenants access to food bank, bingo/card game nights & holiday lunches/breakfast the office staff is always looking for ways to unite tenants.
