Attempting to cloak a personal attack under the guise of a review is very unprofessional. W.P. should reconsider their post which communicates an obvious toxic intent. As a former Regional Manager for DeMarco Management in my experience the company sets high expectations that are clearly communicated during the interview process. I experienced a strong support system within the organization that included the Vice President.

I have been a resident of victory gardens for over 3 years now. It is a place that was built with veterans in mind specifically. We are not all the same and have a varied amount of personal issues but that doesn't make us any different than anyone. I write this to say I have never been more mistreated by a management company in my life. I have endured harassment from neighbors being verbally abusive and saying negative racial slurs at my children and myself. Nothing was done by management after numerous " meetings". Now we arrive at this time in place. I have a small dog a shitzu that a neighbor accused of biting her in the leg as he ran after her dog that was not on a leash to the back yard despite witnesses willing to give evidence the newly hired property manager Renee without a police report or incident report is trying to forcibly get rid of my dog that I have because I suffer from ptsd and he brings me comfort. Endured 8 years of active military service and have never been treated with so little regard
