Horrible treatment, Very Unprofessional. Administration does not have the slightest concern when it comes to how miserable their residents are. There is supposed to be meeting every month for the residents to put in their complaints / suggestions or request and agreements sheets available at all times and they another available. When you asked for one you get an attitude and pushed aside. A resident meeting for the residence Recreation will write down the complaints concerns or suggestions and you have to wait for the next council meeting before you get a response and some of the answers that come back are very sarcastic which only indicates our little daycare as if we are all a joke and less than human. If you care about your loved one do not send them to this place. When you go there for a tour it's all smiles, moon, stars, rainbows and butterflies Hahaha DISCUSTING!!! Not even funny!!! It's really sad and horrible because they get away with so much. There are a few good CNAs that do feel our pain but too scared to speak up. Because they're always threatened of being fired for the slightest brush of their opinion. There really should be undercover residents in that place I'm hoping that somebody will see this post and put that idea into reality which I'm sure I'm not the only one that thought of that but it all depends on how long this toe stays up because they will rush to delete it. Guarantee!!!

I waited for over 2 months after my father death to review and give my inputs on this particular Senior Health Center. I also took into consideration the hardship on health care worker during the pandemic as I too work in the same healthcare field. I just wish I would have intervene earlier to give my Dad a better end to he’s end of he’s Life Journey and not find him on he’s condition after been contacted by a nurse a day prior. I am grateful I got to see him and take him out and transported to the hospital which basically gave a more humanely way to past away. But finding him on he’s condition underweight , barely moving and not able to speak was hart breaking at the least, this all transpire with in 6-8 months during the pandemic of 2020. This place it’s not equipped for our parents to be care for, This care Facilty it’s basically a drug recovery , temporary mental health conditions but definitely not for a patient with aging health care. I gave it 1 start for that nurse that took the time to call me and advice to call Social services because my dad is not doing good after that phone call my Dad past away less the 48 hours later of multiple Heath issues and I wonder how much was neglect from this Facilty.

Questions & Answers

Why do they take phones away and not allowed phone calls? It's not fair. Was worried.

Alison - The staff at Trinity Hill have not taken personal or congregate use phones away. We have had issues with residents breaking the hallway phones and have had some difficulty replacing them quickly as we order the replacements and they are often back-ordered. However we always allow and encourage residents to use the phones at the nursing station when the hallway phones are broken. We also have the iPads which residents can use for calls or video chats. If you are a resident or family member can you call or speak with the Administrator or Director of Nursing to resolve this? Thanks so much and our apologies in advance for any confusion.

My aunt have a visiting nurse come by everyday to give her medicine. She was a patient her at trinity hill couple of times ago. And she cant be by herself. I was wondering how can i have her stay for long term. What do i need to do to help her.
