I visited the enterprise car sales today, they seem to have more cars than some of the dealerships at this time, never considered buying a car from Enterprise but after meeting with their sales guy I think it is a good idea to checkout enterprise.com if you are in market for used car. Enterprise seems to maintain their cars very well. Great service, very professional staff. I took the bumper to bumper insurance from them, it was for the duration of rental period of two weeks, however after two weeks I extended rental car for two more weeks. When I returned the car they charged insurance for the four weeks!!!! I have gone through same situation when I rented from their Chandler downtown location, they did not charge me for the period I had extended. In short anyone renting car from Enterprise should clarify or call them to cancel the insurance to avoid any issues and charges.

We had a great experience at this location. Valerie was terrific. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and patient. It's obvious how short staffed they are and they still keep the customer service top notch. Our vehicle that was rented was a great fit for our family vacation to California. I have visited this location two times in the past two weeks, and I can't praise the staff, particularly Eric, Daniel, and Stephanie, for working with me and getting me a great rental on the spot while I had relatives in from out of town. They were able to find a midsized vehicle on the spot, and I got a fair price as well. They didn't waste my time trying to up-sell options I didn't need, which was awesome because I needed to get up to my office quickly before the tech guys left for the weekend! They did suggest the damage coverage, because I had to be on part of that dang 101, and who knows what will get kicked up at the car on that route. Getting the car was fast, returning it was SUPER gas! If you get into their loyalty program, renting is much faster too, because you can do it online with only the check-in and walk through of the vehicle. Both vehicles I rented were in superb condition. I won't even bother looking at other car rental companies.

I have been using Hertz for all my business and private rentals for years, I have always used our corporate discounts for hotels and car. I have been giving Enterprise my rentals lately as they are more convenient for me to pick up. I had a rental set up for this week with enterprise rent a car, when I called to verify that my rental was going to be ready for me to pick up. Someone named Erik answered the phone, he was courteous at the beginning, after he saw that my rental was being done under the corporate code for our company, a code that we are allowed to use. And have been using for 31 years, for both work and private rentals. Quick story, our company is one of the biggest companies in the world, this company owns lots of companies that don't have the main company's name but their own, we are just part of a huge conglomerate. For some reason Erik felt compelled to have me prove that I worked for this company, I was flabbergasted, I have been using this code and other codes for other rental and hotel companies for 31 years. NEVER once have I been asked to provide proof that I worked for this company. I'm not sure why Erik felt he had to be the corporate discount police, but needless to say, I called Hertz and used the corporate discount with them and got my rental from them instead. I learned a lesson, just stick with the old reliable, I will not do any professional or private business with Enterprise rent a car, I don't need the corporate Discount police questioning me when I'm trying to rent from them
