The worst. Their claim to fame is hot and ready pizzas. This location never has any pizzas ready made.

I understand being short staffed and hiring young because of the labor shortage but this store definitely needs an adult night manager to ensure orders are made in a timely manner and workers follow proper food handling protocols. Too many violations to list and after the manager gave our pizza to an upset customer they didn't even offer compensation to us for making us wait to remake our order after we already waited 20 minutes. Again, I try to be understanding of the situation but while they remade 1 pizza the rest of our order (another pizza and wings) got cold. ***Pic is order getting cold

It is 9:00, this location doesn’t close until 10:00pm.... the building light is off and so is the “open” sign, it’s difficult to know if it’s open unless you come up to the building and check to see if there are people inside. Went in at 9:00 and placed our order (6 pizzas), the cook was NOT happy about having to make more pizzas tonight 🤦🏻‍♀️ (Sorry to have inconvenienced you with having to do your job). It’s been about 25 minutes and we are still waiting for our hot and ready pizzas lol. Just posting this so that management is aware.

Order online for pickup, 3 hours in advance, and was not ready. Even got the email that it was ready to pickup. Name was in the carrousel, but no pizza. Cashier just brushed it away
