Just finished renting from them. The truck I rented was very dirty on the inside and out. The tags were expired and the hidden fees were what pushed me over the edge. On top of that I was a few hours late and they charged me for a full day. Which more than doubled my price. Parker Holland was of great help, but the lady I spoke on the phone with, I believe her name is Taylor, was of no help and provided terrible customer service. She threatened that the gate would shut so I couldn’t bring the truck back if I was even 30 seconds late and that she had no way to open it again. As I pulled up right at 5:30 I could see her hurrying to get in her car and rush off so she wouldn’t have to see me or help me. Luckily, the gate guy helped me and Parker came to my rescue or I would’ve been hit with another day. Pitiful service. And a total waste of my money. Update: I sent an email immediately after receiving this request. I am still waiting for a response. Update - Parker Holland - the initial sales rep who I dealt with called and resolved my issue. Parker is outstanding and was great from the very start. I’ll change the rating from a 1 star to 3 star because they did resolve the issue swiftly. Thank you.

I have had the all time worse experience with Enterprise. My car was hit by another driver so the insurance had me rent a car from this location. When I picked up the car the sales guy told me that Allstate would cover the extra insurance. I went ahead and signed the paperwork but went home and talked with our insurance guy and he told me that they would not cover it. I called and spoke with someone the next day asking them to remove the extra insurance. They said it would get done right away. I stopped by a week later just to make sure it had been taken off. It was not, they assured me it would be taken off at that point. I had to switch the car out a few weeks later and they had not removed it. I asked them again to do it and was told it would get taken care of. The gal told me that the printer wasn't working so she couldn't send me a receipt showing that it was removed. 2 months later after my car was fixed I returned the rental car for good and the charge was still there and they would not remove it. So we had to pay the bill. Be cautious when renting from this company, some of the employees are not honest. I also had to get another rental car from them because my car needed additional repairs. The windshield had chip in it but the gal just dropped the car off and took off. We didn't walk around. The chip started to crack more while I was driving and since I didn't take a photo the first day time stamping the crack I was liable to replace the windshield. I know some of this is my fault, I should have made them print out a cancellation but I was too trusting, I also should have documented the chip. Be every vigilant when you rent from them, photo everything, be careful what you sign and don't leave without printed documentation. Update: after the review a comment was posted that enterprise wanted to make this right. I was asked to send in all of my documentation, which I did. I never received a response from enterprise which again resulted in me wasting more of my time.

I sat in their office for about a half hour AFTER my appointment. They told me "it will be 10 or 15 more min". I told them they were already late and they promptly gave me a car.....why wouldn't you start out with that?...why make someone sit first? If you don't force them to give the service you deserve they WONT give you the service you deserve. The gas light was on and I promptly had to drive to a gas station...after I they were already late.

Great location and great price. I have used this location before with no issues so I came back. This time I needed a rental for the weekend since our car was having issues and wanted something reliable. Used Enterprise app and choose a Intermediate SUV, app showed a Rav 4 or something similar. When I got there, they were all out of Rav4s, but gave me a Nissian Rogue. This location was very fast and very friendly. In and out so quick. Car smelled good and was clean. Even provided a sign in the car on what was clean since we now live in a Covid world. Car was great on the highway got like 33mpg. Drop off was even easier and quick. Very Satisfied! Thanks again to this local branch and your friendly staff. *Tip for renters: when looking over the car with the Enterprise associate, take a pic of any scratches, dings, dents outside and inside or chips in windshield. Just to cover yourself since your phone should time stamp the picture. Also, make sure and take a pic of gas gauge if you decide to fill it up yourself, you can remember what it was at. **Bonus life tip: all newer cars have arrow on gas gauge to show you what side of the car the gas filler cap is on. Looks like this > . That way you can pull into a gas station like a pro and not have to get out to see what side the cap is on.
