Went for lunch. Food was good but bear in mind it is fast food. Fries were a little thin making a lot of them hard. Burger had so much lettuce it was more a vegetable than beef. But for a quick lunch was ok. Believe me, I've had a lot worse elsewhere. I would go again, but I'd ask for less lettuce on my burger and condiments on the side.

Place to go for some cheap and decent quality burgers. Delivery time is very slow due to extremely long lineups in drive-throughs.

I generally like this food chain but today the French fries legitimately tasted like card board and the soda machine kept spitting out flat drink. I understand these are easy fixes, but the places wasn't busy at all and had a few people standing around to where this could of been fixed easily. Obviously a learning statement for the managers going forward. Keep the place quality and it will always hit those 5 stars.

When you need a burger, you find yourself an In-N-Out Burger. Quick assembly line of workers ensures you get your order within mere minutes (whether dine in or drive thru) and you get to see the entire process, so the transparency here is key compared to other fast food establishments. I like to know exactly how the quality of my food is and if the workers are following health safety guidelines. Dining on a budget? You can get a burger a la carte for just a few dollars, or grab a full meal for less than 10. The menu, simple and easy to read (but don't forget about the SECRET MENU) so you know what you want, and you can order it fast and efficiently and go on with your day. No 50 different commands you have to give the cashier just to get your meal. Drive-thru? Quick. If they have long lines, they send out a small crew with info pads to take your order and get the line moving post haste. Got kids? They got stickers. Got no time to sit inside, but don't quite want to drive all the home to eat? Ask for a red bucket container tray and eat in the car, then just deposit that tray on top of a trash can with the container receptacle (or ask for a paper tray, throw it all away, no mess at all) They do fast food right. Like the bag says, quality you can taste, since 1948.
