UPDATE: After a few different attempts to reach the corporate office, they did refund me for my sweater. I wish it didn't take so much effort to get to a resolution but I do appreciate that they finally resolved it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I picked up a large dry cleaning order and I didn’t notice my silk and cashmere sweater was missing right away, After “investigation”, Ashley Duran at Tide, determined that I already picked it up. I can assure you I did not receive it. No one answers at their corporate office and the location staff say it’s out of their hands. Overpriced cleaning fees, lost items, & lack of customer service are just a few reasons you should find another cleaner.

Highly satisfied with this cleaners. Friendly staff, efficient service and close come out immaculate. I'm very picky and have high end designer garments and do not write this review lightly. My silks, linens, cashmere blends, all come out clean and crisp.

I walked into the store today and had to spit when I left. That employee the one named Micke smelled so bad I almost threw up my lunch. I don’t know how you can smell so bad and not even smell yourself? Does she not wear deodorant?! I will NOT be coming back to this location. I don’t want to risk me and my husband passing out from her toxic fumes.

honestly the work that you guys do is really not bad! but today i came in and it smelled very weird in the store, sour and rotten, it seemed to be coming from a young lady who works there, pink hair and her name might’ve been mick, this has happened twice, when i went in to drop off my items and when i came to get them, she seems very sweet but her lack of hygiene concerns me and if i smelled i would wanna know.
