Shout out to JJ,Tyler and Matt the manager of Full Circle car wash. I received the best customer service this morning! When I pulled up to the express lane kiosk JJ asked me what service I wanted. I said an express wash and he politely explained the different options. I chose the cheapest express wash and he inserted my credit card and thanked me and printed out my receipt. Before I entered the automatic car wash Tyler washed off the exterior of my car did such a great job I felt like I was getting the most expensive express wash when I just had the basic. Thanks to all for a great experience.

I’ve been coming to this carwash for 6 years now and never had a problem. Matt the manager is always running around willing to help out any where he can. All the employees are friendly and get the job done quickly even if your vehicle looks like mine.

They broke my car!! Worst experience I’ve ever had at a car wash! My car scraped along the car wash track because of the angle they have it at for you to drive your car onto it. Because of this, my steering is now loose. They put it on the rack after and had a guy (who looked like he was 12 years old) look at it and he said he could see where it scraped. The manager, Matt, wouldn’t even come out to talk to me about it. I asked if I could file an incident report. Matt had one of the other guys (that we’d been speaking to) simply give me a sticky note with Corporate’s number on it to call and report the issue. I took pictures where you can see the low scraped up spots and bend metal of the car track, that cars clearly scrape constantly. These people couldn’t have cared less! Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. Not to mention the place is gross and falling apart. Holes in the walls outside, tears on the seats inside the “lounge”, concrete benches for you to sit on outside. No wonder there was no one else there and this place is going down so quickly. I hope they go out of business.

Worst full service car wash I have ever been to. I purchased the “VIP” wash. Before hand I specifically told the gentleman that I wanted the interior wiped and vacuumed. He said the VIP wash included those things. When the truck was done, I noticed that the front dash had not been wiped, the back of the cab/interior doors were not wiped and the back seat had not been vacuumed. I took out my kid’s car seats specially for this wash. I have two toddlers who spill their snacks on the back seat. I was extremely upset that the obvious crumbs on the seat were not vacuumed. I had to take the truck to a different car wash to vacuum out the back seat on my own. I wasn’t going to put the car seats back onto the seat that’s still covered in crumbs. Why did I pay $30+ and tip for a full service car wash and then have to vacuum and wipe out the truck on my own? This car wash is ridiculous and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place. What a waste of time and money.
