I have loved Home Depot for years. I go to Home Depot almost everyday. In one day they have managed to make switch to Lowes! I have been a loyal customer for years. So done! Bad customer service. You can't get a person on the phone that speaks clear English to give you any information to fix your problems. I am done with all of America being outsourced to other countries!

Wish I remembered the employee's name, he's the reason I'm giving it 5 star's. Excellent customer service, extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. Long story short we've been trying too hang up ceiling fans and have been getting the run around on something "fan" rated to put into a shallow ceiling. This man is with a group of 4 other associates and a manager or team lead, see's me looking lost in the ceiling fan section. He politely asked me if I needed help and I showed him a picture of what I have been dealing with. Needless too say he showed me exactly what I needed and we have are ceiling fans up and running and flush with the ceiling!

Purchased flooring. They had plenty in stock and loaded it all in the truck. Great experience and the two employees that helped us with our order seemed to love their job. We will definitely be going here again.
