I have had a great experience with The Bike Shop. They have 100% of my trust. They never try to upsell me on items I don't need. When I took a wheel in for rim damage which could not be repaired They said as long as it's holding air keep riding it. A different bike shop stated I would need to purchase new wheels and they have a great wheel builder. I have since then put 700 miles on that wheel. When a different shop installed a bottom brackett too wide they discovered it based on the issues I was having and gave me advice on how to proceed ro get it fixed. I think trust is the most important thing with a bike shop and The Bike Shop has mine.

Took bike in for service expecting to spend a hundred or so on crank bearing replacement. They determined noice and rough peddling was just dirty chain. Left spending $10 on chain lube. Honest good guy!

Joe and his team are top notch! My wife and I recently got into mountain biking. When we first met Joe, we knew instantly that The Bike Shop was going to be our LBS. He was able to walk us through the different types of bikes available (COVID, very little inventory) and we agreed to wait for his next shipment. Bikes arrived and fitted last week, and we could not be more happier with our decision. He was able to get us fully kitted out with the necessary items for novice riders. He did not load us up with a bunch of gadgets and supplies we will never need. While Joe has a lot to offer, a bike with an a/c unit was not available. Excited for the upcoming cooler temps to push our limits on the area trails.

Just bought me a new BMC Teammachine from Joe. What an awesome experience. Plus the bike is really fast. I jumped my avg. speed by nearly two mph over my Cervelo R3 that I have had for the past three years. Thanks Joe for picking out a great bike for me.
