Kelli's explanation of the poses with peaceful background music that still allowed you to easily hear her and her pacing of the poses gave the body has a chance to open up so the poses serve a purpose. The humidity wasn't working but she had a good temperature to make the best of it🌞

I absolutely love this yoga studio! The instructors are all friendly and great, the studio is always clean, and the classes offered vary in style to accommodate everyone of all skill levels. I’ve been to a few different hot yoga studios over the years, and this is one of my top ones for sure. They sell some cute apparel & have nice bathrooms with showers & lockers to store belongings while in class.

Love this studio! Always clean, they have a great locker room w/ showers and plenty of space to change. Friendly and helpful staff. Majority of classes are heated, but they also offer a nice selection of strength and yin classes as well as specialty workshops. I love to end the weekend w/ the Sunday afternoon Yin/sound healing ✌💜🧘‍♀️

Motto Yoga is amazing! The instructors are all great and care about you! There is no judgment and there are classes to suit everyone’s needs. I started out trying it one class at a time and now I consistently go 5 days a week and love it! The 5:30am class is great for those of us that have to work at 8am. Give Motto a try you will not regret it!!!
