Kent, the manager is fantastic. He is the shining star of his shop, a true gentleman and honest man. He really goes above and beyond for his customers and above all is hon- est. He was honest about what was really needed to make the vehicle driveable and what was not necessary and wouldn't lead to bigger issues. His team did great work and were punctual. We will definitely make the drive from Mesa to bring our vehicles here for years to come, all because of Kent! O )) Useful Funny Cool

Took my daughter’s car here today for an oil change, leak, and brake check. I reviewed the email of the report and Alex called me thereafter to go over the urgent issues. I let him know that I would need to sit with my daughter to go over her finances before we proceed with any work ranging from $800 -$2000. He then offered me some credit care option. I declined. I also specifically asked if it made sense to do an oil change if the oil pan needed to be replaced. He said no so I told him that I didn’t want any work done until I discussed it with my kid. He said it would be ready for pick up soon but then quickly said oh wait I think they just finished the oil change. How is that possible when he just told me that the oil pan should be changed first? I decided to pay for the change because I thought they knew better than me, even though It was said TWICE not to change it. When we arrived home, oil was everywhere on the ground. It got worse so my daughter took it back to them (same day the service was done) and they told her that they explained to me that the oil pan needed to be changed before the oil change. So why would they even change the oil in the first place? When they changed the oil they cracked the pan even more so now I’m stuck with a huge mess and paid for nothing! I am extremely disappointed in the work that was done and no resolution was given for their error. We will no longer be bringing our cars here nor referring anyone. Pictures show before and right after we got home. The spot is now triple that size (photo not included). UPDATE: I was immediately contacted the next morning by the manager Kent from this location to resolve this issue and they acknowledged their mistake, took responsibility and we were able to come to a fair solution that we were both happy about. It’s a breath of fresh air to have a company take responsibility for their mistakes and fix them. Thank you Kent for your diligence in fixing this situation!

They backed my car into another vehicle after doing a simple oil change. Took a week to get it fixed after I was told 1-2 days, gave me a rental for half of that time that wasn’t comparable to my jeep. They did not go above and beyond like I believe a business should for there customers, they simply just cleaned up there mistake. The whole process was a huge inconvenience for me and my family and NOTHING above and beyond was done. This was the second time I had an incident with them after my AC went out and I was lied to telling me they could fix it, they held it for 2+ hours then told me to go to the dealer instead because they don’t have the machine to fix it. I would recommend NOT to use them at all and just to the dealer. They take better care of you and go above and beyond.

I have been looking for a new mechanic for quite some time now. My local mechanic was just not meeting my expectations anymore. Having issues getting him to call me back and rushing through services so I figured I’d give Greulich’s a try as I had use them in the past in Mesa and this one was more local to me. I have a 7:30 AM appointment to have four services done- two flushes (brake and transmission), oil change and a tire rotation. The service was extremely fast, prices were reasonable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I will most definitely be back. Thank you guys for a fast and professional service!
