Really bad roach problem. They were here when I moved in. They keep seating and the number I see has decreased, but they always come back. Very loud neighbors, and people smoke where they are not supposed to then throw their cigarettes on the ground. It’s always dirty with lots of trash. Dead mice in the halls. The carpet is very worn and damaged. They lied about WiFi and hardwood floors. The linoleum is damaged. It was dirty when I moved in. The carpet and linoleum were dirty, so were the walls and fridge and cabinets. There are cracks in the shower wall, the fossil leaks and is put on backwards. They do not appreciated staff office. They often have only the cleaner there who does not know anything. They do not answer the phone probably and only pay attention to certain parts of emails and ignore others. They told me I would have to sue to move out

Come and Visit Courtyard Apartments ! It is currently under new management and things are turning around for the better !
