Can never get anyone on the phone to make an appointment

I took my elderly father for his appointment to this practice, he has been going to her for a while but this is the first time that I went there with him. The dermatologist proceeded to say to him he’s getting too skinny and he’s lost so much weight and then looked over at me and said you could give him some of yours and you’d both be just perfect. Yes I am fat, I do know that I look in the mirror every day. I’m also am a thyroid cancer survivor who underwent full thyroid removal surgery and Radioactive iodine treatment. I was completely caught off guard when she said this but it affected how I felt the rest of the day and felt that it needed to be shared. She is supposed to be a professional, but evidently she doesn’t know how to talk to people. Very insensitive and would not recommend!!!!!

Yesterday was my first visit. I was recommended by a friend. I just went in for my annual skin check. I was really taken back with how rude the two girls at the front desk were. They had terrible customer service and both looked miserable. However, the PA I saw was very nice and helpful. She thoroughly address all my concerns and seemed to really care. However, because of the bad energy at the front of the office I do not know if I will be coming back.
